O.U. holds degrees in zoology and chemistry, as well as a master’s in public administration. Since becoming a part of the real estate business he has continued with his education by obtaining certification from the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) within his first year as a realtor, his Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) certification, and an e-Pro certificate in reference to technology in real estate.
O.U. explains helping a client through buying a house as “really something.”
He says, “You can’t imagine the excitement on people’s faces when they buy their home. I want to be there. There is nothing more fulfilling than seeing that joy and knowing I helped.”
O.U.is a member of the American Association of Realtors, the Missouri Board of Realtors and the Columbia Association of Realtors as well as a commissioner of the city of Columbia and a member of the Arbitration committee, statewide.
When he isn’t researching real estate or lending hand around the community, this self-described “sports fanatic” will either be watching a game or working on one of his exotic cars.
